DigiSmartShop delivers the order within a stipulated period of time. We will try our level best to dispatch products at the earliest however in unavoidable circumstances the delivery of the products may take about 7 days depending on the location. In the unlikely event that your order gets delayed, if this happens, we shall cancel undelivered part of the order, and send an email notifying you about the same. In cases if any part of your order is not delivered, your payment for the partial order shall be refunded within 7 days in the manner the payment was made.
If you believe that the product that you ordered is not right or in good condition or if the delivery is tampered, you can return the order to the company. You can refuse to accept the delivery and can directly talk to our customer care and write an email to us. We ensure and put in our best efforts that replacement delivery is made at the earliest.
